Job Description

If you are an ambitious Associate seeking your next challenge within a successful and supportive team, we are working on your ideal next role. A well-respected Chinese law firm is seeking an accomplished middle to Senior level IP Associate to join their thriving team in Beijing. You will have access to a wide range of IP litigation matters, such as patent and copyright invalidation and administrative appeals, patent infringement, and unfair competition lawsuits. To be successful in this role, you will be PRC qualified with significant exposure to IP litigation work with leading PRC law firms or IP boutique firms. Academic background in Electrical & Computer science, Telecom, and life science are highly preferred.
