Job Description

Are you passionate about compliance, risk, and data privacy? Our client, a European biotech company, is seeking an experienced compliance professional for its China office in Suzhou and/or Shanghai. You will be responsible for establishing the compliance function and developing and maintaining the compliance program in China to ensure adherence to PRC laws. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Business, Finance, or Law, along with extensive experience in healthcare compliance. A minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical device compliance, with deep knowledge of PRC regulations, is preferred. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
