A leading Chinese law firm is seeking a talented Associate with 1-4 years of experience to join their Beijing office. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value IPOs, corporate finance transactions, and general corporate and compliance matters for HK-listed companies. The ideal candidate will have experience in HK capital markets and related regulatory and compliance issues.
