Legal Counsel (4-6+ yrs PQE) Shanghai

This Chinese IT blue-chip is seeking a US or Europe qualified lawyer with proven experience in the IT or eCommerce sector to join their expanding global legal team based in Shanghai. Responsibilities include supporting the fast-growing international business by advising on legal, regulatory, and litigation issues. Having significant years of experience handling international legal affairs as a private practice lawyer or in-house counsel in a leading law firm or eCommerce/IT company is highly desirable. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments are sought. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
